Dear Family & Friends,
This week has been very exciting. We got a new investigator. He's pretty great. I really feel like he has the potential to get baptized, and he is seriously interested in learning more about the church. We've known him for less than a week and we've been over there 3 times. He calls us all the time and asks us questions. So I guess he must like us!
In other news, I am losing Elder B. He is getting transferred to St Roberts and is going to serve there as a Zone Leader. I will be getting Elder H, and he's been out for either 4 1/2 - 6 Months. So that means I get to be the Senior companion. Woo...
I have no idea what this Elder looks like, but I'm excited to meet him on Thursday!
So my mom threw me under the bus on Sunday. It didn't hurt too bad, and I kinda enjoyed what happened anyways...
So, a Sister in my Branch called my mom and talked to her for a bit. My mom happened to mention that I love to sing, which gave that Sister a great idea. Yesterday, I was asked to come to Relief Society and sing for them! She caught me a little off guard, but I agreed to do it. I sang "Ye Elders of Israel", but I messed up and I had to start over cuz I was trying to sing it to the tune of "Redeemer of Israel"! I laughed it off and I ended up having a good time. I think I surprised a couple of sisters cuz they didn't know that I could sing. But I'm pretty sure the Sisters enjoyed it.
I love you all! Have a marvelous week!
